Information for Nurses

The Process

Our dedicated and experienced staff will help you every step of the way. The steps below explain what needs to be done for you to come to Australia. 

Step 1: Complete the screening process
Step 2: Submit copies of your nursing transcripts, nursing license, resume, senior school certificates, letters of experiences, passports and additional documentation should it be requested
Step 3: RN International (Australia) will submit all documentation for registration to the appropriate State Registration Board
Step 4: Pass the English Language proficiency exam
Step 5: Depending on experience you will either be granted to come straight into the country to start work immediately or you may have to undertake the 4 week adaptation program in an Australian hospital
Step 6: RN International (Australia) will file all of your immigration paperwork with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship
Step 7: Fly to Australia
Step 8: Get familiar with your new city and start working as a Registered Nurse or undertake the 4 week adaptation program and then commence your new career as a Registered Nurse in Australia
