Our Services

RN International (Australia) provides multiple staffing options to best address the needs of its hospital clients. These options include direct sponsorship opportunities as well as long-term, 24-48 month staffing contracts with hospital clients. Under both models, RN International will manage the paperwork for immigration, certification and licensure and offer a comprehensive relocation and acclimation program. Following are highlights of the two models:

Long Term Staffing - Advantages for Hospitals

  1. Employer: RN International is the immigration sponsor and employer of record throughout term of contract

  2. HR/Benefits: RN International handles HR and benefits for candidate

  3. Timeline for delivery: Generally 2-3 months from the point of selection

  4. Fee Structure: Competitive bill rate for full-time hours during 24-48 month contract; discounted orientation rate, no buyout at term of contract (candidate transitions into FTE of facility at termination of contract)

  5. Up front Deposit: No up front deposit required from client

  6. Guarantee: Replacement guarantee throughout term of contract

Advantages Offered;

Direct Placement

  1. Employer: Hospital is the sponsor for the immigration and employer of record

  5. Up front Deposit: Required from client to cover fixed costs

  6. Guarantee: Replacement guarantee for first 3 months
